Cancelation and Missed Appointments

All Paws On Deck is dedicated to our clients. However, we must also protect the fantastic staff that works with your pets daily; as such, we are very open and direct about cancelations, no-shows, and the fees associated with these events.

Cancellation Policy


The total amount of the services scheduled will be charged in full for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you are booking your grooming within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation, and you will be charged the total amount of the appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that life happens, and so long as a client contacts the salon at 781-631-2275 or texts us from the same number they received a confirmation from, to inform us that you are running late and the delay is no more than twenty minutes, we will make every effort to accommodate the client.

Please remember that we have a cancelation list, and when you do not call, you deny another community member the opportunity to get an appointment. 

 

However, as a courtesy to our other clients and staff, an appointment will be automatically canceled 20 minutes after their scheduled start time unless a client calls the salon and is charged according to the cancellation policy. 

​

In exceptional cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or complete appointment even if the late arrival is over twenty minutes. This will be at our discretion only, with proper advance notification of your late arrival.
