Cancellation-No Show-Late Arrival Policy
Appointments may only be cancelled by calling (781) 631-2275 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
In our commitment to provide a unique and an outstanding experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for your groomer's time, we have adopted the following policies:
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hour of the appointment you will be charged a service fee of $35 or half of the cost of the groom (whichever is larger). The total amount of the services scheduled may be charged in full amount of your scheduled grooming for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation with at least 6 hours prior to your appointment. If you are booking your grooming within 6 hours of the actual appointment, you will not be able to cancel your appointment and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that life happens, and so long as a client contacts the salon at 781-631-2275 to inform us that you are running late, and so long as the delay is no more than twenty minutes, we will make an effort to accommodate the client. However, as a courtesy to our other clients and staff, unless a client calls the salon, an appointment will be automatically cancelled 20 minutes after their scheduled start time and charged according to the cancellation policy.
In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment even if the late arrival is over twenty minutes. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advance notification of your late arrival.
